- Apply for the program at admission.ugm.ac.id/registration/.
- Fill the application form and upload the required documents.
- After receiving the application documents, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) staff and the faculty members will assess the application.
- If selected as a student candidate, you will receive a Letter of Offer (LO) in your admission account, which requests you to settle the payment for tuition fees and additional fees.
- After the payment is confirmed, you will receive the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
- OIA will proceed with the visa application process. You may be required to submit additional documents for the visa application.
- Once the visa is issued, OIA will send it to you via email.
- The visa will be automatically converted to ITAS (Izin Tinggal Terbatas or Limited Stay Permit) upon your arrival in Indonesian airport. OIA will then send the ITAS to you via email.
- If you need to extend the visa and ITAS during your stay, please contact our visa team at itas.oia@ugm.ac.id. It is advisable to report to our team approximately 2 weeks before the expiration date.
